Central Kentucky Family Vision, PLLC was originally founded by Dr. Tanner Leigh, O.D. in April of 2023. After almost one year of hard work and preparation, Dr. Leigh and his staff were able to open the practice on March 6th, 2024.
Dr. Leigh's goal is to bring an elevated standard for eyecare to his hometown.Â
We are excited to serve Stanford and the surrounding communities!

Dr. Tanner Leigh is a native of Stanford, KY. After graduating from Lincoln County High School in 2013, he then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Biology and minor in Biophysics. In 2021, he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Pikeville: Kentucky College of Optometry, graduating with honors and second in his class.
